PROCAP A7
Spray etching gel for aluminum alloys. PROCAP A7 spray gel replaces favorably the etching bath of non-submerged equipment (large surfaces, multi-material, etc...).

Before use, shake the container to obtain a uniform consistency. The gel can be mixed with a colorant, which will allow the product to be evenly applied to the surface and will reduce nitrogen gases. The gel is applied to a dry surface, with a hand or pneumatic pump. During etching, the gel should not be allowed to dry out by sunlight or other heat sources. After etching, the surface should be thoroughly rinsed with a large amount of cold water at a pressure of about 150 bar until the pH is neutral.
