Strongly acidic liquid, designed for intensive digestion. It consists of a mixture of strong acids and surfactants. It is designed for pickling stainless steels in a bath by immersion. It removes thermal discoloration, intercrystalline stresses and rust (ferrite) deposits.
Usage:
Before application, read the safety data sheet and observe the rules of health and safety.
Pour the appropriate amount of water into the previously prepared PE or PP bath, and then carefully add the product (50/50 mixing ratio). Parts put into the bath with the bath should be degreased, which affects the life of the bath and the final aesthetic appearance of the treated parts. After etching is completed, the surface should be thoroughly rinsed with a large amount of cold water at a pressure of about 150 bar.
The agent allows for quick cleaning in one stage and one bath of significantly oxide-covered, heavily soiled surfaces (3 processes in 1 stage). After application, the parts get a uniform, matte and brightened surface.
