The data collected in the user account is processed and stored on a server provided by Nazwa.pl.

Your data will be processed within the account for as long as you have the user account. When you delete your account, your data will be removed from the database, except for data about placed orders.

You can access your personal data processed within your account at any time by logging into your user account. Once you log in to your account, you can modify your data at any time, also delete them, except for data about placed orders. You can also delete your account at any time.

Within the scope of the data collected in the user account, you also have the right to data portability referred to in Art. 20 of the GDPR.

Orders

When placing an order, you need to provide the data necessary to complete the order, i.e. Company name, tax identification number NIP, e-mail address, telephone number. The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to submit an order.

The data you provide us with in connection with the order is processed to fulfil the order (Art. 6 sec. 1 point b of the GDPR), issue an invoice (Art. 6 sec. 1 point c of the GDPR), include the invoice in our accounting records (Art. 6 sec. 1 point c of the GDPR) and for archival and statistical purposes (Art. 6 sec. 1 point f of the GDPR).

Data contained in an order placed via the store is stored on a server provided by Nazwa.pl.

If you have a user account, your order will be visible in the order history of this account.

Each order is documented with an invoice. Invoices are issued using the Comarch Optima system and sent to the accounting office of Debet sp. z o.o.

Orders are also stored in our internal database for archival and statistical purposes.

Order data will be processed for the time necessary to fulfil the order, and then until the expiry of the claims limitation period under the concluded contract. In addition, after this period has passed, the data may still be processed by us for statistical purposes. Please also note that we are required to store invoices with your personal data for a period of 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation arose.

In the case of order data, you cannot rectify this data once the order has been fulfilled. You're also not entitled to object to the processing of data and demand the deletion of data until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract. Similarly, you cannot object to data processing and demand the deletion of data contained in invoices. You can, however, upon the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract, object to us processing your data for statistical purposes.

You're also not entitled to object to the processing of data and demand the deletion of data until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract. You can, however, upon the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract, object to us processing your data for statistical purposes.

E-mail contact

When you contact us via e-mail, including sending an inquiry via the contact form, you inadvertently provide us with your e-mail address as the sender's address. In addition, you might also include other personal data in the message.

In this case, your data is processed to contact you, with the basis for processing being Art. 6 sec. 1 point a of the GDPR, i.e. your consent resulting from initiating contact with us. The legal basis for post-contact processing is the legitimate interest of archiving correspondence for internal purposes (Art. 6 sec. 1 point c of the GDPR).

Correspondence may be archived and we are unable to clearly determine when it will be deleted. You have the right to request a history of correspondence with us (if it has been archived), as well as request its erasure, unless its archiving is justified due to our overriding interests, e.g. defending against potential claims made on your part.
