PROCAP INOX
The pickling bath, consisting of a mixture of strong acids, is designed for pickling stainless steels in a bath by immersion. It removes thermal discoloration, intercrystalline stresses and rust (ferrite) deposits.
Usage:
Before using PROCAP INOX , read the safety data sheet and observe health and safety rules.
Pour the appropriate amount of water into the previously prepared PE or PP bath, and then carefully add the product (50/50 mixing ratio). Parts put into the bath with the bath should be degreased, which affects the life of the bath and the final aesthetic appearance of the treated parts. After etching is completed, the surface should be thoroughly rinsed with a large amount of cold water at a pressure of about 150 bar.
PROCAP INOX is a concentrate for filling an empty bath, replenishing or strengthening an already used pickling bath. After application, the elements obtain a uniform, matte and brightened surface.
