1. If an investigation determines that a report of an issue was knowingly false or withheld the truth, the reporting party who is an employee may face disciplinary action under applicable labor law.

Such conduct may also be considered a serious breach of fundamental employee obligations and may result in summary termination of employment.

2. If the reporting party is a service provider or supplier to Trawialnia.eu Sp. z o.o. under a civil law contract, a finding that they made a false report may result in termination of that contract and the definitive end of cooperation between the parties.

3. Regardless of the consequences indicated above, a reporting party who knowingly submits a false report may be held liable for damages to Trawialnia.eu Sp. z o.o. arising from the false report.
